Taha Tinana

Task Description: Kia Ora, Nǐ hǎo and Greetings to all, this morning I learned even more about what is happening for this week as you may know this week is New Zealand Sign Language Week here is a presentation for what I learnt for this morning. One of task's I did was about strengthening Taha tinana, this is basically working on fitness and exercises to keep fit.

Kia Ora this week is NZ Sign Language week I am very happy because learning NZ Sign Language (NZSL) could help you make better connections with friends and whanau who are deaf or hard of hearing.
